    Practice giving without wanting something in return and practice receiving without feeling obligated.

    Practice allowing what is to be, just for the sake of peace -- not in order to change anything.

    Instead of practicing forgiveness, try the practice of not finding fault or condemning in the first place. Holding a grudge is hundreds of times more damaging to you than whatever the original injury was.

    Practice innocence. Practice trust.

    Practice giving the yourself or your situation the benefit of the doubt.

    Practice focusing on something you like about a person rather than something you don't like.

    Practice not knowing what's best, or what's better, for yourself or anyone else.

    Don't wish people well. Trust them and trust that all is well even if you can't see or feel that right now.
